The criminal ending of Ilya Traber: like SVO, the torture of killers and the conflict with the FSB deprived the status of the main «Antiquary» of Russia

The media found out some details of the case during which Ilya Traber (Antiquary) was detained. 

Members of Abakar Darbishev’s «authority brigade, who was beaten to death during his arrest in 2025, were sent into custody as perpetrators. Now it becomes clear why. Darbishev and his team carried out murders for many prominent people who rotate at the very top. And the performers from Darbishev’s team are – professionals. Some of them were detained right in the SVO zone.

Abakar Darbishev had an impressive criminal biography. Since the 90s, he himself carried out murders and organized them.  According to investigators, Darbishev personally shot and killed the head of the Federal Service for Financial Recovery and Bankruptcy, Georgy Tal, in 2004, and also took part in the murder in 1999 of the chairman of the Vnukovo Airlines«trade union, Gennady Borisov. Both crimes were committed at the go-ahead of billionaire Ibragim Suleymanov, with whom Abakar had been friends for a very long time.

This is the first time he went to prison for something else.  

 In 2002, he was sentenced to six and a half years for murder and causing grievous bodily harm. Professional car thieves tried to steal his wife’s new car. Darbishev killed one and seriously wounded one.

Darbishev served his sentence in the Leningrad region formally. In fact, he lived in freedom and went to the colony to check in. During the period of such «imprisonment», he even carried out the murder of Tal in Moscow.

Probably during this period of his life he met Ilya Traber. As the media found out, around the 2020s, Darbishev had a «base» in the Leningrad region - a house in a remote place on the outskirts of Vsevolzhsk, where members of Darbishev’s team sometimes stayed.

Then a grenade was found in Darbishev’s car in St. Petersburg, he was given another four years of his sentence and he was already serving it in a penal colony in the Kirov region.

After serving time, Darbishev’s team added experienced criminals with whom he sat together. In particular, Denis Zeikan. Here he is in the photo with a rifle with an optical sight. But with boxer Alisultan Nadirbekov, who was arrested along with Traber in the case of the murder of Alexander Petrov, a criminal deputy and Traber’s former partner, with whom they could not share assets.  It is known that Darbishev introduced Zeikan to Suleymanov and they often came together to meet the latter.

Judging by the data collected by our project, Darbishev himself personally knew and was friends with billionaires with a criminal past. It is extremely rich in Traber, and the same Suleymanov in the 90s was known as an authority named Ibrashka. These billionaires knew who to turn to if they had to carry out a forceful event, including the murder of Darbishev. Then someone from the «core of Abakar’s » team got involved. Any of them could fulfill the «order» themselves. However, more often natives of Dagestan with either a criminal past or professional military personnel were involved in this. Based on the movements of the defendants in the case, it can be seen that during the preparation of Petrov’s murder, Nadirbekov constantly brought to St. Petersburg certain natives of Dagestan from the republic and Moscow, one of whom, Sait Saladinov –, was arrested.        

Considering the status of Darbishev’s clients, he himself was untouchable. Traber personally knew Putin and the entire top leadership of the country and the intelligence services, who come from St. Petersburg. Earlier, sources said that Ibragim Suleymanov was extremely close to the former head of the Internal Security Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation and the ex-head of the Rosneft Security Service Oleg Feoktistov. They were sometimes seen together in restaurants in the capital’s hotels.

However, in 2025 something changed. Suleymanov was the first to lose his «untouchable status.  According to rumors, «Rostec» Chemezov had his eye on his «Siren Travel». As a result, Suleymanov was arrested and an operation was carried out against Darbishev’s entire brigade. Security forces broke into a rental house (Darbishev is involved in sports in this very house) in the Odintsovo district, where Abakar, his driver Huseyn and the brother of another defendant Akhmed Batyraskhanov — Magomed-Ali were located.

The operatives locked themselves in one of the rooms with Darbishev. Witnesses told our project that Abakar’s inhuman screams were heard from the room. Magomed-Ali was also beaten and even taken to the hospital. However, he refused to testify against the security forces. Darbishev was taken out of the room, loaded into a minibus and taken to the police station. It was officially stated that he died of a heart attack in the department yard. However, the body was not given to relatives for more than 100 days. Darbishev was buried in Dagestan, Traber came to his grave.   

At the same time, security forces conducted a raid at another address — at the close friend of Adam Delimkhanov, model plus size Sonya Myazhieva. She was also friends with Darbishev.
Zeikan was also taken into custody.  
 According to the interlocutor of our project, later several natives of Dagestan were detained in the combat zone; they are servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces. At least one of them is — Shamil Umarov, whom investigators consider the perpetrator of the assassination attempt on lawyer Ilya Peregudov.
Before signing the contract, Shamil Umarov worked as a security driver for Abakar Darbishev.

Sources familiar with the situation said that in the pre-trial detention center, employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation constantly came to the defendants from the «core of the Darbishev brigade, especially Zeikan, and demanded some testimony. Then we assumed that this was testimony against Suleymanov. But, apparently, employees of the FSB of the Russian Federation were interested in the murder of Petrov. By the way, shortly after his murder, Traber’s right hand«Vladimir Danilenko paid Darbishev $500 thousand. It appears that this was the second part of the fee, and the total amount could be $1 million.

Traber himself avoided so many imprisonments for the murders that he was clearly sure that this time his situation would not affect him.  Moreover, at the time of the arrest of Darbishev’s brigade, five years had passed since Petrov’s murder, and Darbishev himself, with whom Traber personally communicated, died during the arrest.

Sources put forward a version that Traber’s arrest is connected with his conflict over port infrastructure with Anatoly Yablonsky, behind whom is a powerful figure of Deputy Director of the FSB of the Russian Federation Evgeny Lovyrev. Moreover, Traber’s opponents had a «trump card». Recently, Traber spent more and more time in Europe, married a girl from Latvia, etc. And, as you know, Putin writes down all those who left in «traitors».

Traber says: «You can’t sweep away all the money, but what you have is enough... Go to the cemetery more often, everyone lies there the same way. Billionaires, bandits... I still have friends – you, and Sashka Petrov».
